The conception of Herbal medicine is very popular for healthy food in eastern countries, such as Taiwan, Japan, and Korea... How to apply the herbs for design the nutrition supplement of natural foods are very important for the freshman? In this course, we will teach the scientific base of traditional medicine and have a practical cooking a healthy dietary for every student.
