Course Description

本課程旨在增強學生臨床實務相關評估之學理與技巧,藉課堂講授與個案討論引導學生評值個案健康與不健康之狀態,引證相關文獻應用於健康評估中。培養學生分析與詮釋個案的評估結果,展現收集、整合和紀錄健康評估結果之能力,正確的判斷個案健康問題。

The purpose of this course is to increase the competence of nursing assessment and intervention in clinical practice. An integration of related knowledge regarding vital life functions will be presented in a way that link sign and symptom with assessing parameters based on sound physiological and pathological bases. Real-world cases will be introduced in the class for discussing on the evidence basis of assessment and intervention in practice.

Course Objectives

課程目標:

使完成本課程之學生

1.能聯結生理、病理、臨床藥理、身體評估、及研究結果等相關知識與技能於成人個案健康問題與需求的評估與判斷。

2.能針對成人個案的健康問題與需求發展出判斷決策與處置技巧。

3.養成批判性思考與邏輯性決策之技巧與習慣。

4. 熟習實證護理的演練與執行。
