Course Description
本課程旨在增強學生臨床實務相關評估之學理與技巧。課程內容著重於應用病史訪談、心理與生理評估技巧、活用臨床數據詮釋評估結果。
The purpose of the course is to advance students' physical assessment theory and skills that related to professional clinical nursing practice. The content of the course is emphasized on application skills of client interview, physiological and psychological assessment, reference to clinical data to interpret results in individuals throughout the life span.
Course Objective
1.運用病史訪談技巧，完整的收集個案的相關資料。
2.評值個案健康與不健康之狀態。
3.引證相關文獻應用於健康評估中。
4.正確與熟練的執行各成年或老年個案之健康評估。
5.分析與詮釋個案的評估結果。
6.展現收集、整合和紀錄健康評估結果之能力。
7.正確的診斷個案健康問題。
