Course Description

本課程取實際個案臨床情境為題,以問題導向學習方法引導學生思考,分析整合其基礎醫學及各臨床專科知識於個案護理照顧之評估、判斷、處置與評值中,重視病理生理過程、數據之使用與各檢查、治療方式之瞭解,從而養成批判性思考及與其他醫療團隊合作之互動工作模式,提昇學生畢業後之臨床實務能力。課程分二套,分別於上下學期開課,第一套以呼吸循環系統疾病為主,第二套以神經、腎臟、消化系統為主。

This is a problem-based learning course. Using clinical scenario as the teaching material to guide students to analyze and synthesize issues to explore and study on. Students have to integrate fundamental and clinical medical knowledge in assessment, judgment, intervention and evaluation on patient care. The learning process aims at foster students’ critical thinking and capability to work with other members in health care delivering team. There are two sets of teaching material in this course. The fall semester includes scenario with subjects diagnosed with respiratory , circulatory and gastroenterological, and the spring semester includes scenario with subjects diagnosed with neurological, nephrological and complicated problems.

Course Objectives

1. 引導以問題導向學習思考。

2. 引導學生分析整合基礎醫學及各臨床專科知識於個案護理之照顧。

3. 提昇學生對病理生理過程之重視、數據之使用與各檢查、治療方式之瞭解。

4. 養成學生批判性思考及與其他醫療團隊合作之互動工作模式床實務能力。
